1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.00 (after discounts, before taxes).
- Flat Rate Shipping: $7.99 for orders under $50.00.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
